We are experts in finding, buying, refurbishing and managing Student properties for investors. Our integrated service provides investors with hassle free access to the UK's growing student property market and delivers annual yields in excess of 6.0%

To date we have bought 19 properties for investors and let rooms to over 400 students. Two of our Bristol properties have been sold, achieving a good return on capital in addition to the annual return. The proceeds from the sales were re-invested in Leeds, where higher yields have been delivered. We currently manage 21 properties, letting 116 rooms each academic year. Due to the high demand for our properties, to date we have never had a rental void.
