When we were students we wanted to live well, in a cool place that we could be proud of. We did not want to deal with utility bills, let alone having to split them between our lovely housemates. We wanted to be able to have dinner parties and BBQ's, and we wanted proper kitchens that were well equipped. We wanted comfy furniture, rather than 20 year old floral sofas. We wanted a big TV to watch movies with our friends. We wanted a decent management company who understood our needs and fixed things when they needed to be fixed.

Student Cribs delivers the best properties students can rent. We are equally proud of the personal service we offer to our tenants. We will help you in any way we can, from organising for your utility bills to be included in your rent, to employing a gardener to maintain your garden, to making sure you get your deposits back.

In a Student Crib you will find plasma screen TV's, surround sound, clever gardens, hardwood furniture, kitchens with all the appliances you will ever need and leather sofas, among other things.

Charlie Boardman: Managing Director

Student Cribs managing director is Charlie Boardman. As well as overseeing the business, Charlie is the main point of contact for investors and is constantly searching the UK's main student towns for exciting opportunities.

Tom Ferber: Property Portfolio Manager

Tom is in charge of lettings and management. As a recent Leeds University graduate (and an ex-tenant of ours), he is well placed to understand the needs of students.

Charlie Vaughan-Lee: Director

Charlie founded the business in 2005, having gained previous experience of purchacing investment properties for his father and Godfather whilst studying at Bristol University and letting them to student friends.
